Thank you Ali for wanting to escape the cold for a bit warmer temps in St. George. Such a fun little weekend get away for us. No Dads, just Mom and kids 🙂
Obligatory pic in the HUGE chair at our stop in Beaver.
Got there as the sun was getting low. They went right to the tramp!
Ali’s friend Carole and her girls joined us for a bit. Her little Greta and Hannah are SO cute!
Ready for a hike behind the house on the red rocks. One of our favorite places to go right outside the door.
60’s and mostly sunny Friday. We made the whole Turtle Wall loop with minimal whining 😉

I hope he remembers how much like sisters these cousins are to him. SO thankful.
Lots of playing in the backyard. Was just warm enough for a sleeveless shirt for a minute.
They were tuckered out every night. Exactly how it should be 🙂
Did some swimming for a bit, too.
More exploring on the cliffs about the road. This place is SUPER kid friendly with tons of cools places to hike to and check out.
LOTS of playing in the sand.
Quick power hike alone late Saturday afternoon. We knew a storm was coming. Glad it waiting til Sunday morning. SUCH nice weather. Never tired of this view. Never.
More playing at a really cool park and some frozen yogurt BEFORE home for dinner 😉 THE best! They watch one movie and just played and played and played the rest of the trip. Thanks to Ali’s in laws for always letting us stay. Can’t wait til next time.
Rewind just a bit to last week, where Ali and I finally got to workout together. We haven’t been able to as much as we used to since the gym closed. It’s always more fun when I get to be there with her.
Always matching on accident.
And one from my 6am last week. I REALLY don’t like getting up early, but I do it because I love my job and love pushing these people to and beyond their limits.
Came home to snow and more snow and colder weather. Guess we’ll just have to go skiing a bunch now 🙂
