So thankful for the best Dad ever! We love you and appreciate how hard you work everyday. We’re also the luckiest that you’re amazingly outgoing, adventurous and easy to please. 😉 All you wanted for your special day was to go for a long ride and spend the rest of the weekend with us. Done!
He and Jamon rode Saturday down in Payson. 5,000 feet of climbing, about 27 miles and lots of awesome scenery.
All the flowers!
I got in a long ride yesterday morning. Had to get out right before 6am to beat the valley heat. It was already hot by 8:15am. Yikes.
Dan was gone all last week for work. I LOVE, love when he comes home. Best moments ever.
Strolled around the Park Silly Market yesterday before heading to dinner in Kamas. It was…hot…in Park City. Too hot.
We had fun though.
They love to watch the toy boats float down the irrigation canal up at the top of Grandma’s driveway.
Ali, Kerrah, me. Beautiful women!
And all last week. Lots of playing with Behr and Parks, as always. Behr has been coming over between 7:30 and 8:00am to play. They start early some days!
Courtney, their Mom took them all to Tracy Aviary (AKA, the bird zoo) while I had to work at the gym. So fun!
Lots of swimming.
And a new splash pad that opened right across the street from us. I think we’ll be spending a lot of time there 🙂
So.much.play tuckers a boy out at 1:30pm.
Ruby and Sam time!
Ali took them to Liberty Park one night to see the Seven Canyons fountains. Hot, but super fun.
This black widow has been living in our sprinkler control box for a long time. Finally got rid of it. Creeps me out, but how cool is it?!
And we’re going to try and get in a hike at least one morning a week with cousins and friends. Last week just up the Quarry trail to play by the river with Ali and friend Haylee.
Took on a few new clients, so my schedule is just a bit more full, mostly in the early mornings. It’s all really good experience for me to become an all around better and well rounded trainer. Still teaching spin, coaching a group training class once a week and getting in my own stuff when I can. Happy, healthy and strong!
